Introducing Tuskers
Care Solutions

Tuskers Care Solutions Limited offers Domiciliary Care services for Adults aged 18-65 and Adults aged 65+, those with Physical Disabilities, Mental Health, Dementia and Sensory impairment. We will be offering Personal Care, Domiciliary Care, Respite Care, End of Life Care, Medication Management, Live in care and Companionship Services. We are a Private Limited Company, incorporated on 21st of June 2023.

Our Mission:

To empower individuals in Oldbury to live life to the fullest, with dignity and independence, through personalised and compassionate home care. Our mission is to provide outstanding support through a service designed around and with an individual. This bespoke support enables people to have their health needs met as well as their wants and wishes fulfilled. Our mission is to provide and deliver outstanding domiciliary care and related personal care services, providing a dignified quality of life without bias or discrimination, within the communities.

Tuskers Care Solutions will deliver social care that is empathetic with competent and compassionate staff. We want to ensure that people we support live the life they want to live in the comfort of their own home and to be remembered by how we made people feel during our interactions with them.

Our Aims:

  • Tuskers Care Solutions aims to provide outstanding quality domiciliary support, through friendly, flexible, person-centred informed partnerships whilst respecting individuality and uniqueness in their own homes
  • We aim to provide a domiciliary care service that supports individuals to safely stay in their homes for longer whilst promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
  • To acknowledge people’s diversity by ensuring that their rights to religious, cultural, racial, and gender identities are respected and request that people and their representatives to respect the rights of staff in the same anti-discriminatory way.
  • To ensure that confidentiality is maintained by providing a service that will guarantee that all information accessed during interaction is treated with the highest degree of confidentiality and that it is not unduly disclosed.
  • To acknowledge people’s diversity by ensuring that their rights to religious, cultural, racial, and gender identities are respected and request that people and their representatives to respect the rights of staff in the same anti-discriminatory way.
  • We recognise that people using our services and their representatives are experts by involvement or experience, therefore we will support them to fully participate in planning how they or their loved one’s support will be provided.
  • To diligently work with other agencies involved in the service users’ care to provide a seamless services consistent approach and smooth transition between services.
  • To deliver care with compassion, sensitivity, and respect where service users are at the centre of everything we do.
  • To support service users to be as independent as they can be without compromising team members’ safety.
  • To communicate with people in their preferred method of communication
  • To be a respected member of the community and a wide ICS system through partnership with local authorities and taking part in local events and volunteering.
  • To respect people’s wishes and choices and to understand their aspirations and support them to achieve their desired outcomes.
  • We aim to promote a culture where feedback from people, their representatives, members of the public, and team members is promoted, and this will be used to continuously improve our services.

  • We will treat all people supported by us and all people who always work here with respect.
  • Uphold the human and citizenship rights of all who work with us and all people we support.
  • Support individual choice and personal decision-making as the right of all people.
  • Respect and encourage the right of independence of all Service Users.
  • Recognise the individual uniqueness of Service Users, staff, and visitors, and always treat them with dignity and respect.
  • Respect individual requirements for privacy at all times and treat all information relating to individuals in a confidential manner.
  • Recognise the individual need for personal fulfilment and offer individualised programmes of meaningful activity to satisfy that need of people and staff.
